Please read carefully. This describes the terms
and conditions under which Hamilton Home Solutions,
LLC offers our services.
By
accepting these terms, you confirm that you are 18
years of age or older, are capable of entering into
a binding agreement, and that you will accurately
complete any subscriber information submitted to us.

General Disclaimer
I understand and acknowledge that Hamilton Home Solutions,
LLC is a referral service and will refer contractors
and/or service professionals who have been screened,
consistent with Hamilton Home Solutions, LLC prescreening
program, to be considered by me to accomplish a job
that I described to a representative of Hamilton Home
Solutions, LLC. Any arrangements made, or contracts
negotiated are strictly between the contractor and
myself. I understand that the contractors and/or service
professionals referred are independent of Hamilton
Home Solutions, LLC. Hamilton Home Solutions, LLC
has not made any representation to me as to the work
to be preformed or the nature or quality of the work
anticipated to be accomplished. I agree to satisfy
myself that the contractor meets the standards of
work I require. I hereby hold Hamilton Home Solutions,
LLC harmless from any defect in workmanship, default,
damage, injury or expense arising out of the work
preformed by a contractor and/or service professional
referred and hired by me.
